Avec tout mon cœur en tournée was a concert tour performed by the cast of the French-language Canadian musical film Avec tout mon cœur. The tour featured seven concerts in five cities in French-speaking Canada during the 2017 Christmas season before including a New Year's Eve concert in France, followed by an Asian tour in early 2018.

The set list included all 11 songs from the soundtrack, as well as covers of well-known hits that were never included during production.
